Bus Terminal): Concierges provide both tourist information and materials about Tokyo and various locations throughout Japan in Japanese, English, Chinese and Korean. Tourism image movies of Tokyo are displayed on the large screen behind the concierge counter.
We also offer various services, including travel and ticket booking, currency exchange, baggage delivery and temporary luggage storage.
Tourist Information Centers are also open at the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, Keisei Ueno Station and Haneda Airport's International Terminal. Please visit these centers and make your trip enjoyable!

Safety Tips

This is a free push-type app that comes with a variety of features which can help tourists in the event of a disaster. This app will send you an Emergency Warning for earthquakes, tsunamis and other weather related disasters. It also indicates any action to be taken in the event of such disasters, in a flow chart. Please strongly consider using this app as a tool for preparation of an emergency.

These apps are for tourists visiting Japan. Once you complete user registration, you can use multiple WI-Fi services free of charge, and you can use these apps with one ID, which can make your travel in Japan easier and more comfortable. (Android only version)

Japan Connected-free Wi-Fi

Once you register with this app, you can connect to free Wi-Fi spots in various places in Japan, including "TOKYO FREE Wi-Fi", and also various facilities, such as train stations, airports, convenience stores, and tourist spots all over Japan.

It is a valuable application consisting of three modes, “Disaster Preparedness Tokyo,” “Disaster Readiness Guide,” and “Disaster Mode,” with each mode allowing you to have fun learning while being helpful in times of emergency.

NHK WORLD TV

NHK WORLD TV broadcasts, streamed live or on demand. NHK WORLD TV is Japan’s only international English-language public broadcasting service. This application allows you to watch NHK WORLD TV live, offering various programs for 24 hours a day, and check the latest news. Many programs can be streamed as Video On Demand (VOD). Through push notifications, this application also offers breaking news, earthquake updates and Japanese tsunami warnings and recommendations. The service is free, but may incur data charges with your provider.
